Koes Bros atau Koes Brothers merupakan cikal bakal munculnya band terkenal tahun 1960-an yang bernama Koes Bersaudara. Koes Plus mulai terjun ke dunia musik bersama dengan band Teen Ager’s Voice yang digagas oleh Tony Koeswoyo tahun 1952. Dengan bergantinya nama menjadi Irama Remaja yang didukung oleh Sophan Sophian, band ini kemudian menjadi Koes dan Bros yang anggotanya terdiri anak-anak Pak. Koeswoyo. Sejak 1960 nama Koes & Bros berganti baju dengan nama Koes Bersaudara dengan personil Koestomo Koeswoyo (melodi), Koesnomo Koeswoyo (drum), Koesjono Koeswoyo (rhytem, vocal) dan Koesroyo Koeswoyo (bass, vocal), hingga kemudian dikenal dengan nama-nama Tonny, Nomo, Jon dan Jok ( 4 dari 9 diantara putra putri almarhum Bpk. Koeswoyo).
